  • 01.Will you deliver our mobility scooter or stroller at our location?
    Yes, we deliver to all Orlando-area hotels and resorts FREE of charge. We can leave your scooter or stroller, labeled with your name, with Bell Services or the Concierge. Just check with them after your scheduled delivery time. Your equipment will be fully charged and ready to go. At Disney Resort hotels, deliveries are usually made through Bell Services, but at some resorts, we may be able to deliver directly to you in person. Delivery procedures vary by resort.
  • 02.Do you offer accessories with mobility scooters?
    Yes, you can add a cane holder, oxygen bottle holder, rear basket, cooler bag or a sunshade. These mobility scooters accessories can be chosen at the time of rental at an affordable add-on prices. We can even get them pre-installed at our location.
  • 03.What happens if I am having problems inside the park, or if my scooter should happen to stop working while at a theme park?
    If you are experiencing difficulties with your unit you can call the 407 number to be found on the scooter. We have operators standing by to assist you. We will first try to trouble shoot the problem. If that is unsuccessful we can send a driver to you with a replacement unit. To avoid the battery running out please check the battery gage from time to time to help maintain a workable charge. SCOOTERS CAN NOT GET WET….IF THEY GET WET THEY WILL NOT WORK AND WILL NEED TO SIT AND DRY BEFORE USE! All theme parks restrict access by outside service providers. Therefore, equipment exchanges or service calls must occur at designated guest drop-off locations or outside park entrances.
  • 04.Do you offer rain covers?
    We do have scooters rain cover and strollers rain cover available for free ( $30 replacement fee if not returned) . Rain covers are provided free of charge* but must be returned at the end of the rental.
  • 05.Do you offer insurance on your rentals?
    Insurance is available for a one-time fee per rental item, ranging from $15 to $25, depending on the equipment rented. This optional insurance waiver covers accidental and minor damages caused to the equipment while it is being transported or operated during the rental period. Although not mandatory, the insurance is strongly recommended. This insurance waiver does not cover theft or loss of the equipment. It also does not cover major damages, including but not limited to damage, tears, rips, or excessive wear to seats; broken, lost, or damaged keys; or major cracks, structural damage, or breakage to the scooter or equipment casing that requires full replacement of the component. Any damage that falls outside the scope of minor or accidental damage will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged at the applicable repair or replacement cost.
  • 06.How far in advance should I make my reservation?
    While we make every effort to accommodate our clients with Best Scooters Rental in Orlando. It is our strong recommendation that reservations should be made in-advance of your planned stay. Holidays, spring and summer breaks and seasonal conventions are very busy times.
  • 07.Can you confirm that my hotel or resort will transport my scooter to the parks?
    Sorry, we can not guaranty or confirm that your hotel or resort have this option. They are the only one that can confirm this information.
  • 08.Can I pick up or drop off the mobility scooters rental or stroller rental at your store?
    Yes, we offer store pick up and store drop off. By appointment only.
  • 09.If I need to change my hotel during my stay, what should I do?
    Let us know, immediately, where you are moving to, so we can update your profile information, we will also need to check the collection arrangements with you to make sure everything runs smoothly, as we would not want to delay your departure in any way.
  • 10.Are your mobility scooters or wheelchairs difficult to operate?
    No. Our mobility rental fleet which includes mobility scooters, power chairs, knee walkers and wheelchairs has been specifically known for its durability and ease of use. We only rent premium quality brand that are customers found quite easy to operate.
  • 11.How long will my scooter last upon a fully charged battery?
    All of our electric scooter rental and wheelchairs rental in Orlando are equipped standard with heavy output batteries available in the industry. Mobility Scooters can range from 10 miles up to 17 miles on a fully charged battery. Keep in mind the average guest covers about 9 miles a day. The biggest variables to factor in are the weight of the driver and the terrain such as going up hills and climbs. We strongly advise and require charging the unit throughout your day at the parks and other attractions.
  • 12.How can I pay for my mobility rental equipment?
    We accept most major credit and debit cards, directly online, 24 hours a day, or via telephone, during office hours; reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
  • 13.Do these Mobility Scooters or Wheelchairs have comfortable seats?
    Yes, all the motorized scooter rentals or wheelchairs have comfortable seats. Our deluxe scooters, are equipped with captain seats.
  • 14.Why is my scooter beeping, but it's fully charged?
    Most probably, the freewheel level may have been placed in the freewheel position. Switch the key off. Push the manual freewheel level (Located in the back of your scooter, above your wheel), to the drive position "Lock".
  • 15.What should I do if it starts to rain while operating the scooter? Will the scooters operate in the rain?
    All of our scooter rentals are equipped with a rain tiller cover. This part of the scooter need to be covered. The electric components inside the scooters will malfunction if they are exposed to the rain and will cause it to seize up until ALL components are dried out.
  • 16.What should I do if I have a problem with my rental equipment?

  • 17.Do you deliver outside the 20 miles radius?
    We offer free delivery and pick-up inside a 20 miles radius, from our location, "some exceptions may apply". Please confirm with the head office, for all deliveries outside the 20 miles radius.
  • 18.Do you deliver directly to the Theme parks?
    Sorry, we do not deliver to the Theme parks. Your mobility scooter rental can be delivered to your hotel, resort or Vacation Homes.
  • 19.Can You Rent a Motorized or Electric Wheelchair?
    Yes, we have an entire range of motorized electric scooters, wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, knee walkers, and power chair rentals.
  • 20.Can I cancel my scooter rental, or stroller reservation?
    Cancellations may be made at any time. However, refunds require a minimum of 2 full days' notice prior to the scheduled start date and time. β€’ Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance or after delivery are non-refundable. β€’ Cancellations made at least 2 full days in advance are eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee. As an alternative, customers may choose to receive a credit for the full amount, in which case no administrative or processing fees will be charged.

  • 28.What happens if I lose my scooter key?
    If you lose or break the scooter key, we will gladly provide a replacement. The cost for a new key is $15 plus a $25 delivery fee. If a key breaks and remains inside the ignition, the Customer will be charged $15 for the replacement key plus a $50 service fee. If you need assistance, contact us, and we'll take care of it right away.
